Meet Eric W. Baker, Sr.

I have over 40 years of experience coaching clients as they make positive, life-altering changes through individual, couples, family, and group counseling.  I have had success helping victims of childhood abuse uncover the patterns that trap them in destructive cycles where their emotional and other needs are not met.  Using Transactional Analysis in a safe, supportive environment, clients are able to work through self-defeating behavior and learn tactics for living happy, fulfilling lives.

My approach offers clients more than a temporary relief from crisis.  Through carefully guided exploration, clients uncover behavioral patterns that keep them from the happiness they desire.  In this process clients will learn strategies for managing stress, working through loss, creating loving, productive relationships, finding spiritual fulfillment and living more intentional, mindful lives.
