Meet Mallory Johnson

Yoga Instructor

I practiced yoga on and off for about 6 years before I committed to a regular practice and completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Supreme Peace Yoga and Wellness here in Louisville. For me, yoga has been many things. Some days it is grounding, some days empowering, and other days down right challenging. But I always leave my mat feeling stronger and lighter.

I hope to provide a safe space for others to explore yoga through asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work), and Dhyana (meditation). My class will be a vinyasa flow with integrated hatha and gentle yoga techniques. My hope is that you feel more empowered after practicing yoga and I hope to help you create a consistent practice that will flow out in to all aspects of your life. 

When I’m not practicing yoga I enjoy spending time with my husband and two dogs. I love the outdoors, reading, making art, and I drink coffee like it’s water. I also work as an art therapist with kiddos and families in the foster care system. I love to laugh and hope to bring a sense of humor and joy to our time together. I look forward to flowing with you!
